Services - Floor Warming
Floor warming involves the use of piping attached to the
floor’s structure. A room is warmed gradually and evenly
through the floor’s surface for a warm, welcoming
atmosphere. Control the warmth of your flooring with a
highly intelligent thermostat that reads the floor
and air temperature.
Denrite Mechanical uses two different installation methods:
the staple-up method and the overpour method. The staple-up
method involves affixing or “stapling-up” tubes between
floor joists with heat transfer plates and insulation to
send all the heat up where it is needed .The overpour method
entails attaching the tubes to the floor prior to a
lightweight concrete (gypcrete) overpour.
Great for new construction or renos!
Denrite Mechanical will properly assess your building
structure and recommend the most feasible option.
